Life is Today

“One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon – instead of enjoying the roses that are blooming outside our windows today.” Dale Carnegie
Our life is today. When we lay our head on the pillow tonight, this day will never come back; this is a one-time deal. We will miss it if we wait for the illusive perfection of tomorrow, next week, or next year. In the eternal scheme of things, today is just a shallow breath. But without each breath linked to another, there will be no fulfilling eternity.
