Wednesday’s W is for Wellness

I believe that human beings crave balance and wellness from the inside out.

I believe that human being are balanced when their hearts are settled on basic, fundamental truths.  We need to know where we stand and what we are all about before we can effectively walk this road called life.  We perform at our best when we moved from questioning our reason for being.

I believe that you have to get through steps 1,2 and 3 before you can get to step 4.  And steps 1 through 3 have a lot to do with finding peace on the inside of who we are.  Wellness. It can’t happen by accident.  It has a lot to do with knowing truth and letting it define who we are.

Did you know that the word PEACE–shalom–really means “nothing missing, nothing broken?”

That’s wellness: Nothing missing, nothing broken.
