Pennies and Dimes

They look so shiny, glittery, like jewerly. And we love them.

Compare them to dimes… Dimes are so tiny. So plain, aren’t they? Nothing to them.

If I had to choose, I’d pick the pennies.  Every time.

But let me break it to you: you need ten whole pennies to make one dime.  Think about it… ten of them! So truthfully, you are much better off with the dimes.  Even if you only have ONE single little dime and NINE pennies, you’d still be ahead with the dime!

I know, dimes aren’t quite as pretty, or as big. Or as shiny maybe.  But you can do so much more with them! Ten times more with each one of them than with one beautiful penny.

I’m choosing the dimes in my life.
